These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal IQ website (usesignaliq.com) and related services. By using our website or engaging with our services — including responding to text messages from Signal IQ — you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Signal IQ provides two distinct services:

• For homeowners — We identify properties that may benefit from a professional roof inspection using publicly available data. We contact homeowners via text message and, for those who express interest, connect them with a licensed local roofing contractor for a free inspection. There is no cost to homeowners for any Signal IQ service.
• For roofing contractors — We provide qualified homeowner lead data and AI-powered appointment setting services on a paid subscription basis. Contractors receive exclusive territory access with no competing contractors in the same area.

Homeowner communications

If you receive a text message from Signal IQ, it is because publicly available property records indicate your home may be a candidate for a roof inspection. By replying to our message (e.g., replying "YES"), you consent to being connected with a roofing contractor in your area who will contact you to schedule a free inspection.

You may opt out of all communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Opt-out is processed immediately and permanently. You will receive no further messages from Signal IQ after opting out.

Contractor services and payments

Roofing contractors who purchase Signal IQ services agree to the following:

• Territory exclusivity — Each territory is sold to one contractor. We will not sell the same territory data to competing contractors.
• Data usage — Lead data provided by Signal IQ is for the contractor's own use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
• Payment — All fees are due as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change for future orders.
• Compliance — Contractors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using Signal IQ data, including TCPA regulations and Do Not Call requirements.

No guarantees

Signal IQ provides data and connections based on publicly available information. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any property or contact data
• That any homeowner will respond to outreach or schedule an inspection
• That any roofing contractor will close a sale from leads provided
• The quality of work performed by any roofing contractor in our network
• Specific revenue, appointment, or conversion outcomes

Signal IQ is a data and marketing platform. We are not a roofing company. We do not perform inspections, repairs, or installations. Any roofing work is performed by independent, licensed contractors who are solely responsible for the quality and legality of their services.

Contractor independence

Roofing contractors connected through Signal IQ are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Signal IQ. We do not control, supervise, or assume responsibility for their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, or conduct. Any agreement you enter into with a roofing contractor is between you and that contractor directly.

Intellectual property

All content on usesignaliq.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Signal IQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal IQ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Signal IQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal IQ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Signal IQ operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
